| Abstract: | Based on the analysis of the importance of establishing and amplifying the construction project cost control system, the paper suggests setting up a construction project cost control system with the core of project manager and carrying through the rational organizing and division of labor, and expatiates on the key points and measures of cost control work in construction preparation stage, construction stage and completion stage. |
