克山病消长与人体硒水平关系的动态观察

1973年至1990年,对陕西省黄陵县店头病区克山病消长与人体硒水平进行了动态观察。观察期间,急性(含急型和亚急型)、慢型和潜在型克山病发病率逐年下降,潜在型病情恶化率亦呈下降趋势;病区人群头发硒含量逐年上升,病情与发硒含量呈显著负相关。病区人群头发硒含量提高至非病区农村水平后,慢型和潜在型仍有新发病。

DYNAMIC OBSERVATION ON THE RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN THE CHANGES OF SELENIUM(Se) LEVELS AND KESHAN DISEASE INCIDENCE RATES

This report was done for dynamic observation on the relationship between the changes of Se levcls and Keshan Discase incidence rates in the severely affected sites in Dian-Tou, Huang-Ling, Shaanxi Province, during the period of 1973～1990. During this period, the ineidence rates of acute (including acute and subacute), chronic and latent types of Keshan discase were decreasing year after year, and there was a trend indicating that the rates of deterioration of latent type were also decreasing At the same time, the hair Se contents of the endemic peasant population were elevating, and the levels of their "hair Se contents were inversely correlated with the incidence rates of these types, and with the rates of deteriomtion of latent Keshan disease. When the hair Se contents of the endemic peasant population were elevated to the level of non-endemic rural areas, some new cases of latent and chronic Keshan diseases were still found in these sites.
