摘    要:240/275系列柴油机钢顶铝裙活塞在铁路机车提速、重载后出现了活塞裙裂损事故,严重损害了活塞的寿命和可靠性。针对这一问题,开展了一系列研究和试验工作:以可靠性理论为指导,进行了活塞失效模式分析;创建了基于接触的组合活塞、活塞销、连杆的传力模型并进行了多方案有限元数值仿真;找到了原型活塞失效原因,研制并批量生产了新结构钢顶铝裙活塞。新结构活塞运用情况良好,相当数量的活塞经受住了机车走行60万km以上的考核。

Abstract:In order to deal with severe cracking occurring in piston skirts of some steel-crown aluminium-skirt pistons, in 240/275 series diesel engines, and to increase the working life of pistons to meet the requirements of high-speed and heavy-haul of locomotives, a series of researches and tests have been done: (1) Find the failure mode and mechanism, quided by the reliability theory; (2) Create a complex FEA model based on the contact theory to simulate stress concentrations; (3) Finding the main failure reasons, develop the new-structure steel-crown aluminium-skirt piston and produce it in batches. The new pistons prove in good use and a considerable quantity of them can be adapted to suit the running distance of more than 600,000 km.
