摘    要:许多中小城市特别是北方地区房屋建筑至今尚未大面积实施墙体节能设计及管理,以致造成了不必要的采暖能源损失,建筑物外墙出现“热桥”、室内墙面大面积起毛发霉等质量问题时有发生。其主要原因是采暖居住建筑地区外墙保温水平低、热环境质量差、采暖能耗大,不符合节能标准,甚至在某种程度上影响居民的身心健康,给社会带社会来不安定因紊。

As a result of the urban development and so on many reason influences, many small and medium-sized town and cities is specially the northern area house construction not yet is big the area implementation wall energy conservation to design and to manage until now, so that created the nonessential heating energy to lose, the building outer wall appeared "the hot bridge" , in the room wall surface big area bristling mildewy and so on the public opinions big quality questions sometimes occurs. According to incomplete statistics, because only the Xinjiang area in recent years the building outer wall appears in the room wall surface big area bristling, causes the user suit to occupy mildewy always sues the quantity 20%, its primary cause is heats the housing to construct the local outer wall heat preservation level lowly, the hot environment quality bad, the heating energy consumption is big, does not conform to the energy conservation standard, even affects inhabitant's physical and moral integrity to a certain extent, the belt society comes the unstable factor for the society.
