摘    要:受电弓是给电力机车及动车组提供能量的主要部件之一,为保证车辆行车安全必须对受电弓进行安全检测。介绍了图像处理技术在LV2600型受电弓滑板剩余磨耗检测中的应用,首先利用滑板图像的特征对图像进行剪裁,大大减少了运算量,然后使用滤波等技术去除图像的噪声提高图像质量,最后对滑板图像进行边缘检测,得到有效滑板边缘,通过摄像机标定参数计算得到滑板剩余磨耗量。该技术有效的监测了滑板的运行状况,为铁路运输安全提供了保障。

Abstract:With the development of high speed railway in our country,the issue of transportation security has aroused people's attention.Pantograph is one of main components that provides power to locomotive,in order to ensure transportation security,it is necessary to take regular safety detection on pantograph slide.The type of pantograph is various and they have different parameters.In this paper,we propose image processing algorithm to detect abrasion on the LV2600-pantograph slide,fully utilize the feature of slide image,improves the processing rate by clipping image,and detects the edge of pantograph slide.Ultimately we get the remaining thickness of pantograph slide,and realize intelligent abrasion detection.The method in this paper has important significance in railway transportation security detection.
