摘    要:海水冷却系统是舰船的重要系统,现代海军对舰船海水管路系统使用可靠性要求更高。对海水管系的防腐能力提出了更高要求。文中针对某型舰主机海水冷却管路的防腐设计方案,建立海水管路系统的腐蚀试验平台.研究了常规/加速流速下管路系统的耐海水冲刷腐蚀性能。此次试验的研究结果对舰船海水管路防腐蚀设计具有较好的参考价值。

Abstract:Seawater cooling system is crucial in the Naval ships. There are higher requirements for the reliability of the seawater pipeline system on warships by the modern Navy, and hence the requirements for its anticorrosion performance also become higher. According to the design proposal of the anticorrosion performance of the seawater cooling pipelines of the main engines on warships, this paper conducts the corrosion tests of seawater pipelines, and studies resistance to seawater erosion-corrosion under the normal/accelerated flow rate. The results can provide reference for anticorrosion design of seawater t)ioelines on warshin~
