锚链绞车油缸排链同步分析

摘    要:通过对新型航标船锚链绞车的油缸排链机构进行运动分析,得出油缸排链速度与卷筒转速的同步关系式,为解决油缸排链的自动同步问题提供理论依据。通过数据仿真与实际模型的几个特殊点比较后误差很小,可满足工程应用的要求。

Abstract:According to the motion analysis of cylinder chain collocation of chain winch on a new type beacon vessel, equation of synchronous relationship between the speed of cylinder chain collocation and the drum rotation speed is obtained ,which provides the theoretical basis for the solution of automatically cylinder chain collocation. It is found that the errors between numerical simulation and actual model at several special points are small, which can meet the requirements of practical application.
