基于组合赋权法的船型方案模糊综合评判

为了提高船型方案决策结果的客观性与可靠性，文中分析了主观赋权和客观赋权的优劣，提出r一种新的组合赋权方法。该方法通过专家评分法、层次分析法、信息熵法、变异系数法这四种单一的主客观赋权方法问建立相关系数的概念。该评判方法原理简单、可解释性强，并同时充分利用客观信息，兼顾号家主观偏好，因此，决策方案更加合理、可信、这种综合方法也能推广应用于船舶决策的相关领域。

Fuzzy synthetic evaluation of ship form design based on combination weighting method

In order to improve the objectivity and reliability of the decision result of the ship form, this paper analyzes the pros and cons of subjective and objective weighting methods,and proposes a new combination weighting methods. It builds the concept of correlation coefficient among four weighting methods： expert grading method, analytic hierarchy method ,information entropy method and coefficient of variation methods. The principle of this evaluation method is simple and explainable,and the objective information is fully used together with subjective preferences of the experts. Therefore, the decision making is more reasonable and credible. This comprehensive approach can be promoted to the related fields of the ship form assessment.
