集装箱船振动及响应分析

摘    要:介绍了模态频率响应有限元计算方法的基本理论,以多用途集装箱船为目标船,通过建立全船三维有限元模型,用频率响应法得到船体结构的振动响应.文中还讨论了激励与响应关系、水动质量、阻尼、频率响应计算有效频率数选取等问题,以精确预报船体结构振动及响应.本文采用的分析计算方法对目标船结构振动及响应预报值,与实船试验数据具有很好的一致性.

Abstract:For high speed reason container ship is usually designed with large power main machine, slender body, thin and tall superstructure. Vibration in aft body and superstructure could be caused by excitation of main machine and propeller with cavitation effects. If the vibration was violent, fatigue damage of the hull structure and equipment could occur. In the design stage, it is necessary that the precision predictions of vibration and dynamic response of container ship are carried out and according to the prediction results, suitable measures are taken to prevent harmful vibration. In this paper, the modal frequency response analysis method for ship structure is introduced and based on the three dimensional finite element model of container ship, the vibration and its response are computed by using structural FEM. The relation between excitation and response, the dynamic water mass, the damping and the number of effective frequency selected are discussed, so the well predictions of vibration and response of ship structure are done. The predictions of vibration and response of object ship structure obtained by using analysis and calculation method described in this paper have good consistency with real ship testing results.
