大温差技术在船舶空调中应用的可行性分析

摘    要:大温差送风技术已在国内外建筑领域推广,文中针对船舶空调领域实施这一技术的可行性进行初步分析和探讨。基于大温差低温送风在船舶上使用的优势,提出了大温差变风量送风系统方案,通过了对典型舱室进行负荷计算和建立物理模型,并采用CFD数值模拟分析了船舶舱室大温差低温送风下气流组织分布,研究了不同送风温度和不同送风量下的温度和速度场分布云图。结果表明,大温差低温送风技术在船舶空调领域实施是可行的。

Abstract:Large temperature difference air technology is promoted as an advanced technology , which has been used in the land air conditioning internationally .Whether can this technique be implemented in the field of ma-rine air conditioning?We preliminarily analyze and discuss its applicability in this paper .According to the ad-vantages of large temperature difference cold air distribution used on the ship , we propose a program with large temperature difference cold air distribution and VAV air system .After a typical cabin load calculation and physi-cal model building , airflow organization of the cabin is analyzed with CFD tools , cabin temperature and velocity field distribution uniformity under different temperature and different air volume are investigated .The results show that the temperature field and velocity field meet the requirements of cabin comfort;the technology is appli-cable to marine air conditioning .
