| 摘 要： | 结合洋山辖区网格化管理的模式,通过对辖区内各个网格海域、分区的船舶密度、数量、历年发生险情的数量等参数进行统计,结合目前海事应急力量对洋山辖区的有效覆盖情况进行分析,从而得出洋山辖区各个分区的安全性评价结论。

| Abstract: | In light of the grid management model in Yangshan deepwater district,statistical analysis was carried out for the parameters such as the traffic density and ship numbers,as well as the number of dangerous happenings over the years to investigate the situation of the current emergency effective coverage in this deepwater district.Based on the analysis,the safety evaluation conclusions of the Yangshang deepwater district was drawn. |
