改进的Walker应变寿命预测方法研究

摘    要:研究Walker应变寿命预测模型及其简化的应变寿命预测模型,提出一个新的Walker应变寿命预测简化模型。将改进后的Walker应变寿命预测模型应用于镍基高温合金GH4133和K435,并进行验证计算,计算结果与试验结果相比,在可接受的范围内,证明该方法行之有效。

Abstract:The Walker strain life prediction model and the simplified strain life prediction model of it had been studied.A modified Walker strain life prediction model was used to predict the life of nickel based super-alloy GH4133 and K435.The calculated results were acceptable compared with the tested results to verify the method is effective.
