摘    要:针对拖缆机液压主系统回路作出主系统回路故障模式及影响分析表,同时计算得到在不同严酷度下的危害度,找到拖缆机液压主系统回路的薄弱环节和潜在弱点,为防止及减少故障的发生提供依据。

Failure Mode and Effect Analysis on the Main Hydraulic System of Tower Winch

Abstract:The failure mode and effect analysis(FMEA) was used to research the main hydraulic system of tower winch,and the table of FMEA on the main hydraulic system of tower winch was made.The criticality index was calculated on the different severities.The weak parts and potential weakness were found.It provides the principle for the reducing failure rate and preventing the failure.
