冰雪条件下乌鲁木齐市交叉口交通特性分析

结合乌鲁木齐市独特的地形和气候特点，采用人工观测技术，分析了冰雪条件下中心城区信号控制交叉口机动车交通量、车头时距、运行速度及平均停车延误等交通特性参数，并与正常天气下的交通特征进行了对比分析。研究结果表明，受冰雪条件影响，机动车交通特性的各项参数均有不同程度的变化，这一研究结果为我市冬季交通管理工作提供了一定的理论依据。

Traffic Characteristic Analysis of a Signalized Intersection Under the Condition of Snow and Ice in Urumqi City

Combined the distinctive topography and climate characteristics of Urumqi city and using the artificial observation method, the motor vehicle traffic volume, headway, operation speed and average traffic delay were used to study the motor vehicle features of a signalized control intersection in the central urban area under snow and ice weather conditions. The intersection motor vehicle traffic characters under normal weather condition were compared with those under snow and ice conditions. The study results show that increase and decrease of the motor vehicle traffic parameters are affected by snow and ice conditions. This study provides a theoretical basis for the city＇s winter traffic management work.
