天然气管道腐蚀穿孔成因分析

某天然气管道发生腐蚀穿孔泄漏事故，利用理化实验分析、微观分析（SEM）和X射线衍射（XRD）等技术手段，分析了事故管道的拉伸性能、冲击性能及腐蚀产物等，确定了腐蚀穿孔的诱因，并推理得出管道内发生CO2腐蚀的机理。针对这一现象，结合管道的运行工况，从管道清管、气质处理、管道内检测及介质流速等方面给出了几点防腐建议。

Analysis of Natural Gas Pipeline Perforation by Corrosion

A natural gas pipeline was perforated. In order to find out the cause and prevent this phenomenon from occuring a- gain, the tensile property, the impact property and the corrosion products were analyzed by means of physical and chemical experi- ments, SEM and XRD. This paper discussed the cause of corrosion perforation and the mechanism of CO2 corrosion was obtained. Finally, several suggestions were proposed to prevent pipe corrosion in the aspects of pigging, temperament purification,in-line in- spec.tion of pipelines and natural gas velocity in combination with the pipeline operation conditions.
