| 摘 要： | 在对新《铁路危险货物运输管理规则》及相关规范分析的基础上,叙述了实行规范化运作的意义,总结了常见铁路危险货物运输项目的种类,从专用线选址、设计及建设,专用线及接轨站运输组织及技术条件、事故应急预案及施救信息网络等方面阐述了铁路危险货物运输规范化运作的内容。

| Abstract: | Based on the analysis of new Railway Dangerous Goods Transport Management Rules and related specifications, the paper describes the significance of implementing normalized operation, summarizes the kinds of common railway dangerous goods transport projects, and explains the contents of normalized operation of railway dangerous goods transport from the aspects of location selection, design and construction of dedicated lines, transport organization and technical specifications of special lines and connection station, accident emergency response and rescue information network, etc. |
