| 摘 要： | 为支持上海市举办2010年世博会,遵循上海市城市总体规划,中海集团、中船集团在长兴岛修建基地码头,以充分利用国家宝贵岸线资源,提高岸线利用率及使用灵活性为原则,从多个角度对该段衔接处的岸线规划情况进行多方案深入探讨,以期求得岸线最佳使用效果,供有关部门决策参考。

| Abstract: | For supporting World Expo 2010 Shanghai,China Shipping Group(CSG)and China State Shipbuilding Corporation(CSSC) build a base dock at Changxing Island following Shanghai overall city planning.Adhering to the principle of fully utilizing the state's precious coast resources,and raising the utilization ratio and flexibility of coast line,this paper discusses the layout of the conjunction coast from various aspects,to achieve the best utilization effect and thus provide a reference for decision making by relevant departments. |
