码头轨枕预制缺陷成因分析及改善措施

码头工程中所使用的轨枕预制相对于沉箱等预制构件属于小型预制构件，长期以来，参建单位注重工程主体预制构件质量而忽视附属小型预制构件的质量，造成小型预制构件外观质量缺陷，影响码头的观感质量。结合厦门港刘五店南部港区散杂货泊位工程，对轨枕预制外观质量缺陷的成因进行分析。采取改进措施，取得了较好成效。

Defects cause analysis and improvement measures of the sleeper precast in wharf

Sleepers used in wharf engineering with relative to prefabricated caissons, which belong to small prefabricates. For a long time, participation units focus on the main prefabricated quality, while neglect the subsidiary small prefabricated quality, resulting in small prefabricated appearance quality defects, affecting the wharf perception quality. Combined with Liuwudian southern port bulk cargo berths engineering in Xiamen Port, this paper analyzes the quality defects causes of the precast sleeper appearance, and has achieved good results by using improvement measures.
