| 摘 要： | 港口铁路规划既要考虑铁路相关因素,同时需要结合港口自身特点,从立足于港口、服务于港口的角度出发,统筹兼顾各项因素。本文通过对黄骅港综合港区及散货港区铁路规划的分析总结,得出港口铁路规划中的一些建议。

| Abstract: | The port railway planning should not only consider the related factors of railway,also need to combine its own characteristics of the port,from the point of view based on the port,serving the port of departure,intergrated various factors. In this paper,through the analysis of the rail planning of comprehensive port and bulk cargo port of Huanghua,the author gives some suggestions on reference the rail planning of port. |
