| 摘 要： | 当前交通建设监理工作存在“工程质量是监理出来的”的误区，监理收费偏低直接造成了监理人员收入的偏低，监理人员素质参差不齐，这些由来已久的问题困扰着监理企业的发展。需要各方共同努力，完善法律法规，规范业主行为，严格资质审查，严格市场管理，尽早把交通建设监理工作回归到高端技术咨询服务的本源上来。

| Abstract: | Current transportation construction supervision currently exist ＂engineering quality out of supervision＂ misunderstanding, subnormal supervision fees direct result of the supervisory low income, uneven quality of personnel supervision, these long-standing problems plaguing the development of supervision enterprises. It requires all parties to work together to improve laws and regulations, standardize the behavior of the owners, strict qualification examination, strict market management, transportation construction supervision work as soon as possible to return to the origin of high-end technology consulting services. |
