摘    要:针对普通真空预压法的真空度传递不足、孔隙水压力消散过慢、工期较长和深层土体加固效果欠佳等缺点,提出了分层插板真空预压法。采用无孔密封管通过密封接头直接与下层排水板连接而插入深层土体,与普通真空预压法模型桶试验的累积沉降量、真空度、孔隙水压力、抗剪强度、含水率和出水量等指标比较表明,上层土体的各项参数大致相等,但其下层土体的各项指标具有明显优势。分层插板真空预压法能够较好地将真空度传递到深层土体,加快孔隙水压力消散,缩短工期,并取得良好加固效果。

Abstract:The vacuum preloading method in hierarchical flashboard is proposed based on the common vacuum preloading method with the shortage of vacuum transfer inadequately, pore water pressure dissipation slowly, deep soil reinforcement badly and so on. Its trait is that insert the drain pipes into the deep soil by connect with the no holes tube. The main purpose is that can transfer the vacuum to the deep soil directly to improve the strengthening effect of deep soil and overcome the shortage of excessive vacuum vertical transmission losses. Compared with the physical indicators of common preloading model test and found that the upper soil's parameters roughly equal, but the parameters deeper soil is better than latter. It conclude that deeper soil can achieve more vacuum, the pore water pressure dissipation is accelerated, the construction period is reduced, and well reinforcement effect under vacuum preloading method in hierarchical flashboard.
