上跨铁路砼连续箱梁切割拆除技术

需拆除的三跨预应力砼连续箱梁梁体中,中跨桥下铁路多股道,且为道岔咽喉区,一股为电气化铁路,无法设置棚架拆除。在不影响铁路正常运营的情况下,根据梁体的结构及受力变化情况,在桥上采取承重梁吊拉,链条式切割机把整跨梁分成八条小梁段,分别由大吨位吊车吊移出去,从而完成铁路上方梁体及整联连续梁的拆除。

Cutting and Dismantling Techniques of Concrete Continuous Box Girders Crossing Railway

A three-span prestressed concrete continuous box girder bridge crosses underneath several tracks of railway and is in the throat section of turnouts,with one track as the electrified railway,making dismantling of shelves impossible. Under the precondition of keeping railway＇s normal operation,and in light of the bridge structure and stresses,spandrel girders are suspended and drawn on bridge.Also,chain-type cutting machine divides the whole-span girder into eight small girder sections,which are removed by big-tonnage cranes respectively later.Then the dismantling of bridges over railways and the integrated continuous girders is finished.
