Challenges from New Emission Standard for Light-duty Vehicle in China

This paper first presents the main difference between the new emission standard under draft and current standard.Then the challenges to automakers,refineries,fuel stations,maintenance shops,test centers,car owners and governmental departments are described in detail if the new emission standard is implemented in China.Finally the policy measures should be taken by Chinese government are also pointed out.
