砂卵石地层盾构隧道刀具更换方案研究

砂卵石地层盾构隧道更换刀具技术始终是困扰工程的一大难题。通过对砂卵石地层盾构更换刀具时地层坍塌机理的研究，提出了采用AB液填充注浆的方式。工程实例表明，采用AB液新型注浆技术方案比较适合在该地层的换刀加固。

Study on Ground Consolidation Scheme for Cutting Tool Replacement during Shield Tunneling in Cobble and Sand Strata

 It is very difficult to replace the cutting tools during shield tunneling in cobble and sand ground. In the paper, the mechanism of ground collapse occurring during the replacement of the cutting tools during shield tunneling in cobble and sand ground is studied and the scheme of AB grout injection is recommended for the ground consolidation in the cutting tool replacement. The scheme has been applied in the shield tunneling works, which shows that the scheme is suitable for the ground consolidation during shield tunneling in cobble and sand ground for the purpose of cutting tool replacement.
