Kondo 绝缘体的能隙形成机制

摘    要:采用格林函数退耦合方法研究了非对称周期性Anderson模型.结果表明,在相干区随杂化作用的增强体系有能隙产生,且能隙具有较强的温度依赖.体系的磁化率随温度非单调变化.上述结果与Kondo绝缘体的行为一致.

Abstract:Studies the asymmetric periodic Anderson model. The results show that in the coherence regime a gap is formed when the hybridization interaction is enhanced. Energy gap has a strong temperature dependence and the magnetic susceptibility varies nonmonotonically with temperatures. The seresults are consistent with Kondo insulators.
