| 摘 要： | 在山区铁路工程建设中,遇到的瓦斯隧道逐渐增多.瓦斯隧道工程相对于普通隧道投入多,施工难度大、风险高、工效低、安全生产管理要求严格.此文根据瓦斯隧道的分类,从爆破作业、机械设备防爆改装、供电与通风、超前地质预报等对投资的影响进行分析,并就如何计列高瓦斯隧道安全施工增加的费用进行探讨,对应合理计取的相关安全生产费提出建议.

Charging of Railway High Gas Tunnel Construction and Related Security Fees |

| Abstract: | In the railway engineering construction in the mountains, quantity of gas tunnel is increasing. Comparing with normal tunnel, Gas tunnel project has the characteristics of difficult construction, high risk, low efficiency and strict safety production management. According to the classification of gas tunnel, the influence of blasting, mechanical equipment explosion protection modification, power supply and ventilation, advanced geological forecast, and so on on the investment is analyzed, and how to charge the fees caused by high gas tunnel safety construction is discussed. In the end, the suggestions of reasonably charging safety production fees are presented. |
