| 摘 要： | 详细论述国内外工程因物价波动引起价格调整的依据与限制条件、常用调整方法,分析价格调整保证条件.通过国内外情况的综述发现,价格调整行为需要相关法律的保障、行业规范与行业的支持.完善的调价合同条款是价格调整的前提,详实的基础资料是进行价格调整的基础和条件,合理适用的价格调整方法是价格调整的关键,公正的争议处理方式是价格调整的保证.

| Abstract: | This paper discusses in detail the basis and limiting condition and common adjustment methods of domestic and overseas construction project contract price adjustment caused by the price fluctuations, and analyzes guarantee conditions of the price adjustment. By studying the situation the conclusion is drawn that the price adjustment needs legal protection, industry standards and industry support, strict price adjust ment contract terms is a prerequisite, detailed basic information is the requirement, reasonable and appli cable price adjustment method is the key of price adjustment, and impartial handling of the dispute is the price adjustment guarantee. |
