| Abstract: | Based on the requirement analysis of a light-duty hoister brake system,a hydraulic disc brake system was designed.Based on distributed I/O unit IM151-7 with CPU of Siemens,the system test bench for the function,performance test and parameter adjustment were designed,including the design of control circuit and the design of PLC program.The basic test method and procedure of the system were introduced.The structure of the hydraulic disc brake system is simple,it can work safely and reliably,and it is easy to maintain and repair.The test bench can be used to test the brake system manually and automatically,it has the features of full and simple functions,and easy to operate. |
