摘    要:针对客车在中、高车速和大转角转向时易发生侧翻的问题,采用模糊PID控制器和差动制动的方式,进行了防侧翻控制研究。通过横向载荷转移率判断汽车的侧向稳定状况,当横向载荷转移率超过所设定的门限值时,触发差动制动控制模式进行防侧翻控制。通过Trucksim与Simulink联合仿真对该控制算法及策略进行验证,结果表明,在鱼钩工况下,车辆的侧向加速度的峰值降低了0.24 g,该控制算法能够有效降低侧翻风险。

Abstract:In view of the problem that the bus is prone to rollover when turning at medium and high speed and large angle,the fuzzy PID controller and differential braking are adopted to study the antirollover control.According to the lateral-load transfer rate,the lateral stability of the vehicle is judged.When the lateral-load transfer rate exceeds the set threshold value,the differential braking control mode is triggered to prevent rollover.Through the co-simulation of Trucksim and Simulink,the control algorithm and strategy were verified.The results show that the peak value of the lateral acceleration of the vehicle is reduced by 0.24g under the fishhook condition,and the control algorithm can effectively reduce the risks of rollover.
