摘    要:
针对感应加热电源在实际使用中存在电源工作参数监控系统不完善、检测装置冗余、集成度不高等情况,设计了基于CAN总线的感应加热电源数字监控系统。首先给出了系统网络结构和总体设计方案,然后设计了详细的CAN总线、485总线、TCP/IP通讯电路,最后完成了机床控制系统端监控界面的软件设计。实际装机表明,该系统性能稳定,满足设计要求。

Abstract:
Aiming at the problems that the induction heating power supply has imperfect power supply parameter monitoring systems,redundant detection devices,and low integration in actual use,a digital monitoring system for induction heating power based on CAN bus was designed.Firstly,the system network structure and overall design plan were given.Then the CAN bus,485 bus,TCP/IP communication circuits were designed in detail,and finally the software design of the monitoring interface of the machine tool control system was completed.The actual installation shows that the system has stable performance and meets the design requirements.
