汽车风挡玻璃安装变形的CAE建模研究

摘    要:汽车风挡玻璃作为重要的外饰功能零件,其周边的尺寸匹配是评价整车外观质量的重要指标。风挡玻璃在安装过程中受拍击易产生变形,进而影响玻璃与周边零件外观尺寸配合质量。文章介绍了用CAE软件仿真后举门玻璃安装变形情况;通过研究安装过程中的拍击力(动载)转化为CAE模型特定位置等效持续力(静载)的方法,建立了风挡玻璃受力CAE模型,从而实现了在设计阶段辨识问题,提前规避,减小变形带来尺寸匹配问题风险。

Research of CAE analysis in windshield installation deformation

Abstract:As an important functional part of exterior decoration,the matching status of windshield is an important index to evaluate the appearance quality of the vehicle.The windshield glass is easy to deform in the process of installation,which will affect the matching quality.In this research,CAE method is used to simulate the installation deformation of Rear lift-gate glass.By studying the method of transforming flapping force(dynamic load)into equivalent continuous force(static load)at specific of CAE model,the CAE model of windshield force is established,so as to identify issues in design stage,avoid in advance and reduce the risk of dimensional matching issues caused by deformation.
