摘    要:一款新型发动机的开发过程需要经过非常多的步骤,包括发动机模型设计阶段、样件制作阶段、首台样机装配、性能样机装配、道路试验等等环节。在发动机模型设计阶段,可能因为设计问题导致零件尺寸设计错误、紧固件选取错误、装配空间狭小、发动机可维修性差等问题。文章通过对发动机设计环节常见装配类问题系统分析及查核,能够有效减少问题流入到实物装配环节,大幅的缩减发动机首台样机装配时的周期,同时减少了问题样件的制作成本浪费,提高发动机的可靠性。

Analysis of Common Assembly Problems in Engine Design

Abstract:The development process of a new engine needs to go through many steps,including engine model design stage,samples making,first prototype assembly,performance prototype assembly,road test and so on.In the stage of engine model design,design problems may lead to problems such as parts size design error,wrong choice of fasteners,narrow assembly space and poor maintainability of the engine.This paper introduces the systematic analysis and check of common assembly problems in engine design,which can effectively avoid the occurrence of engine assembly,greatly reduce the assembly cycle of the first prototype engine,and reduce the production cost waste of problem samples.
