| Abstract: | The strategies of imbalance quotation compilation and imbalance quotation are expounded and an in-depth analysis and study on the types of imbalance quotation and possible risks was carried out,based on which,proper countermeasures are put forward.Moreover,the experience concerning bid quotation gained from many years' practice is summarized,which may serve as a practical guidance for the management of engineering contracting. |
