摘    要:对于已经建好的预应力结构,如何检测结构物当前的有效应力一直是难以解决的问题。文中利用钻孔法检测预应力混凝土梁的有效应力,通过有限元软件ANSYS的计算得到钻孔前后应变的变化,结合理论计算可确定检测工作中最佳的孔径、孔深和贴应变片的位置。在实际检测工作中,应首先通过有限元分析确定最佳的孔径、孔深和贴应变片的位置,然后测量贴应变片处钻孔前后应变的变化,结合相关理论计算即可得到预应力混凝土梁的有效应力。

Abstract:How to test the effective stress of a prestressed structure has been a difficult issue.In this paper,we determined the effective stress of a prestressed concrete beam by the hole-drilling method and calculated the strains before and after drilling the hole by ANSYS,then we got the most suitable hole radius,hole depth and the place that we put strain gauge by theoretical calculations.In the practical work,the most suitable hole radius,hole depth and the place that we put strain gauge should be determined first by finite element method,and the effective stress of a prestressed concrete beam will be got by measuring the strains before and after drilling the hole combined with theoretical calculations.
