| 摘 要： | 通过研究搅拌摩擦焊的技术特点,对比分析采用搅拌摩擦焊与熔化极气体保护焊进行地铁车辆铝型材焊接的质量、成本和效率,并对搅拌摩擦焊在地铁车辆制造中应用的前景进行简要阐述。

| Abstract: | Through study on friction stir welding （FSW） technical characteristics, the paper compares and analyzes metro vehicle aluminum welding quality by using friction stir welding and metal inertia gas shielded arc welding, and cost and efficiency. It also briefly describes application of friction stir welding in metro vehicle manufacturing prospects. |
