摘    要:结合行包运输行李车三维装载优化问题的具体特点,建立其优化数学模型并提出应用遗传算法求解,以获得行包优化装载方案,达到充分利用行李车装载质量或装载容积的目的。算法中考虑行包尺寸、装载顺序、放置方向、装载体积、装载质量及装载重心等约束条件,并结合放置方向及装载顺序约束采用巧妙的个体编码方法,结合行包尺寸、装载容积、装载质量及重心约束构造合理的适应值函数。实例计算表明,应用文中遗传算法求解可以获得理想优化装载结果,计算时间缩短,算法有效可行。

Abstract:Considering the specific characters of three-dimensional load optimization of luggage vehicles in luggage and package transportation, the author establishes the mathematical optimization model and puts forward the genetic algorithm for resolution so as to attain good loading quality and capacity. Constraint conditions of the loading size, sequence, volume, weight, oreintation, quality and center of gravity are taken into account in the algorithm. Individualized coding combines with the loading orientation and sequence. Fitness functions combine with the olading size,volume, weight, quality and center of gravity. By computation of aliving example, the genetic algorithm proves valid, feasible, of short-time process and gives the optimum loading scheme.
