硬岩掘进机刀具防护技术

摘    要:硬岩掘进机(TBM)的施工中,尽量减少刀具异常损坏是降低刀具消耗成本的重要途径。造成刀具异常损坏的原因很多,地质条件是其中最为重要、最难应对的因素。为对凸出刀盘面板的滚刀采取保护,在滚刀前方以及左右两侧增加防冲击保护台,尽量减少滚刀完全暴露在刀盘外的部分,以此来减弱不规则掌子面以及大石块对刀具的冲击。介绍了保护台的形状、材质和高度,实施效果良好。

Abstract:In the process of hard-rock boring construction with hard-rock boring machines, reducing the abnormal damage and losses of the cutting tools as much as possible is an important way to lower the consumption of the costs. There are many causes for the abnormal damage and losses of the cutting tools, among which geological conditions are the raost important and the most hard-to-handle one. To protect the cutters protruding from the tool-holding disc, in front of the eut:ers and on both the left and right sides of the disc, provided are protective platforms,which may decrease the part of the cutters protruding from the disc as much as possible so as to reduce the impact of the irregular work face and large rocks to the eutters. The shapes of,materials used for,and heights of the protective platforms are introduced in the paper. The improved TBM achieves satisfactory results in practical construction.
