摘    要:基于对应分析模型提出隧道衬砌病害主成因挖掘方法.根据隧道衬砌病害的样本和成因的调查资料,建立隧道衬砌病害对应分析模型的列联表;通过因子分析,建立对应分析模型中的R型因子分析与Q型因子分析的关系;计算对应分析模型的收敛性,采用特殊点排除法优化对应分析模型的收敛性;将隧道衬砌病害样本点和成因点绘制在二维对应分析图中;根据两者在图中的对应位置关系判断导致隧道衬砌病害的主成因.根据收集的18座隧道衬砌病害资料,采用提出的隧道衬砌病害主成因挖掘方法,利用SPSS软件进行主成因挖掘.结果表明,样本隧道衬砌病害的主成因有衬砌背后空洞、衬砌厚度不足、围岩处理不当和塑性地压4个.

Abstract:The method for discovering the main causes of tunnel lining damage was put forward based on correspondence analysis model.Contingency table of tunnel lining damage correspondence analysis model was established according to tunnel lining damage samples and cause survey data.Combined with factor analysis,the relation between R type factor analysis and Q type factor analysis in the correspondence analysis model was established.The convergence of the correspondence analysis model was calculated and was also optimized by an excluding special point method.The tunnel lining damage sample points and cause points were listed in a two-dimensional correspondence analysis diagram.The main causes of tunnel lining damage could be judged based on both corresponding position relation in the diagram.According to the collected lining damage data of eighteen tunnels,SPSS software was used to discover the main causes based on the proposed main causes discovering method for tunnel lining damage.Analysis results show that the main causes for sample tunnel lining damage are cavities behind the lining,insufficient lining thickness,misconduct of the surrounding rock and plastic ground pressure.
