渭河大桥钢-混结合段设计

摘    要:为减轻自重,增大桥梁跨越能力,渭河大桥主桥第一联采用钢-混混合连续梁桥方案。第一联90m边跨为钢-混混合梁,其中混凝土段长36m,钢-混结合段长2.5m,钢箱梁段长51.18m。采用ANSYS 10.0建立钢-混结合段模型,进行受力性能分析。分析结果表明:全桥及钢-混结合段的破坏荷载较高,结合段的安全储备很大;钢-混结合段在最不利荷载作用下应力均较小,材料在弹性范围内;通过钢-混结合段的设计,能保证结构刚度的平稳过渡和内力平顺传递。

Abstract:To reduce the deadweight and increase the crossing ability of bridge,the first continuous unit of the main bridge of Weihe River Bridge is designed as steel-concrete hybrid continuous beam structure.The 90 m side span of the first continuous unit is of steel-concrete hybrid beam structure,of which the lengths of the concrete section,the steel-concrete joint section and the steel box section are 36 m,2.5 m and 51.18 m,respectively.The ANSYS 10.0 was adopted to establish the model of the steel-concrete joint section to carry out stress analysis.The results of the analysis indicate that the failure load of the full bridge and the steel-concrete joint section is high,the joint section owns great safety margin;the stress of the steel-concrete joint section is little under the action of the most unfavorable load and the materials are within elastic range;and through the design of steel-concrete joint section,the smooth transition of stiffness and the smooth transmission of internal force of the structure can be guaranteed.
