| 摘 要： | 琼州海峡跨海工程是粤海铁路必经之路，无可绕避。根据对琼州海峡自然条件状况资料的分析以及对国内外已修建的部分大直径盾构法水下隧道的调研，采用盾构法修建琼州海峡铁路隧道是较为合适的。在此基础上，提出了对建设跨琼州海峡铁路隧道的初议和几个跨琼州海峡的铁路隧道工程的方案以及与桂海铁路相关的意见。这将对跨琼州海峡这一项“世界级”工程的建设，提供参考和借鉴。
