| 摘 要： | 本文研究了EQ1170KA客车底盘焊接接头疲劳裂纹扩展速率的规律,结果表明:焊接接头不同部位的疲劳裂纹扩展速率各不相同,焊接残余应力和金相组织对疲劳裂纹扩展速率都有一定的影响。

A Study on fatigue Crack Propagation Rate in Welding Joints of EQ1170KA Bus Chassis |

| Abstract: | In this paper, the rule of fatigue cracks propagation rate in the welded seam, HAZ, base metal and vertical welded seam in the welding joints of EQ1170KA Bus chassis are studied. The results show that the different zones of welding jojnts have different fatigue crack propagation rate. The welding residual stress and the microstructure influenced the propagating rate of fatigue crack. |
