低温铝基硬钎料基体成分的计算机辅助设计

摘    要:本文通过正交实验,获得了低温铝基硬钎料基体成分的溶化温度和钎焊工艺性的实验数据,在此基础上,利用计算机进行回归处理,建立了Zn,Cu,Si的含量与性能之间的数学模型,进而实现了低温铝基硬钎料的基体成分的最化化设计。

Computer Aided Design of Basic Compontents of Low temperature Aluminium-Based Brazing Filler Meatls
Abstract:In this paper,the melting temperature and brazeability of basic compontents oi low temperature aluminium-based brazing filler metals have been obtained by crossed tests. The math models on the basis content of Zn,Cu,Si vs the brazing performances are set up by using the computer regression. Finally,the optimum design of basic compontents of aluminium-based brazing filler metals has been carried out.
