| 摘 要： | 针对现行计重收费政策，在已知分轴型年平均日交通量的基础上，提出了一种货车收费额计算方法。将车货总质量分为正常装载质量和超载质量，分别计算这两部分的收费标准。最后，利用江西省高速公路货车载重数据对该方法进行验证分析。

| Abstract: | Aiming at the toll-by-weight policy at present, this paper introduces a method to compute the annual toll revenue on the premise of the Average Annual Day Traffic is known.It Divides every vehicle's weight to be two parts:nat- ural weight and over charging weight,and computes the char- ging criterion of each parts separately.At last,it uses the data from freeway of jiangxi province to validate the method. |
