泰州大桥中塔安装施工关键技术

摘    要:泰州大桥中间塔为纵向人字型钢塔,采用工厂分段制造、现场逐段吊装的施工方法。结合钢塔施工特点,重点对钢混结合段连结部位施工、下塔柱合龙段吊装施工和上横梁节段施工控制技术做了介绍。保证了施工质量。

Abstract:The middle tower of Taizhou Bridge is a steel structure with herringbone shape along the longitudinal.The method about segment of factory production and erection of piecewise is used in this project.Combining with the characteristics of steel tower construction,the highlighted construction of steel-concrete composite segment and closer segment of lower tower and construction control technology of upper beam are introduced,and the construction quality is ensured.
