| 摘 要： | 对现有农村公路布局理论进行了分析,在分析农村公路发展背景的基础上,提出了基于利益相关者理论的农村公路规划方法,并着重分析了规划要点和工作机制安排.实例说明了该方法的合理性与可操作性.

| Abstract: | The existent planning theory of rural highway is analysed.On the basis of the analysis of background of rural highway development,the rural highway planning method based on stakeholder theory is put forward,and the planning focus and institutional arrangement of this method are analyzed.Finally,the application proves it to be a scientific and operational method. |
