摘 要: | 介绍了传动轴凸缘叉锻造的改进工艺.给出了传动轴凸缘叉锻件的模具结构,并且选用相应吨位的热模锻压力机,提高了锻件尺寸精度,减少材料消耗,降低废品率.经生产实践证明切实可行,取得较好经济效益.

Abstract: | Introduces the improvement technology of propeller shaft lugs fork die forging.Gives out the mould structure of propeller shaft lugs fork die forging,and selects conressponding tonnage of hot die-forging press, improves the dimension accuracy of forging,reduces the material consumption and rejection rate.It shows feasible through production practise,obtains well economic benefit. |
