| 摘 要： | 近年来，随着人们对船舶远距离跟踪探测的需求的不断增强，卫星AIS探测技术应运而生；但是人们对其态度不一，一些国家在积极地推进这方面的研究，一些国家认为卫星AIS和在建的LRIT系统存在重复建设的嫌疑。文中介绍了卫星AIS探测的概念，从数据内容、时间间隔、数据可靠性等方面分析了卫星AIS和LRIT系统的不同，并提出了我国发展卫星AIS技术可遵循的技术路线，最后分析了发展该技术对我国的意义。

| Abstract: | The technology of satellite detection of AIS messages came up with the increasing demand for LRIT. However there are different views on this issue. Some countries ale, actively carrying out researeh and some believe that it is a duplication taking into account the development of LRIT. This paper introduces the concept of satellite detection of AIS messages, analyzes the differences between Satellite AIS and I,RIT from the aspects such as message content, interval, data reliability etc, put forward the route we can follow to develop this technology, and analyzes the significance for our country to develop the technology. |
