摘    要:系统采用加速度传感器和钳形电流变送器获得船用机电设备的工作状态,利用频谱分析的方法进行信号处理和设备状态特征提取。介绍了系统的硬件构成、算法分析和软件设计方法,指出了设计过程中的重点和难点,并对某设备做了验证性检测试验。

Abstract:Accelerating sensor and pincerlike current transmitter are adopted to acquire the working state ot vessel-used electro-mechanical equipments in this paper. Frequency spectrum analysis method is used to process signal and pick up character of equipment-state. The hardware constitution, algorithm analysis and software design method are introduced. The key and difficult points are introduced. A verifying test for installation is performed.
