摘    要:针对传统的应变式采集仪以有线方式进行数据采集和传输方法存在的问题,结合电阻应变式传感器的工作机理,提出了一种基于应变式传感器网络化的桥梁无线测试系统,使用采集软件、单片机、调制解调器FX429等主要器件,实现了数据的高精度采集。在可靠的通信协议下,采用无线方式进行主控节点和各远端数据采集节点之间的数据传输。并利用数据库技术,实现数据管理。通过主控软件,提高了系统的方便与灵活性。对比试验研究表明:该无线系统具有安全、高效、可靠、精度高、稳定性强,无需借助现有的通信网络、成本低、适应性好等优点。

Abstract:Aiming at some problems of strain acquisition and transmission system,a wireless system for bridge strain measurement is presented based on the strain sensor of networks.The wireless system,which including collection software,microcontroller,MODEM FX429,realized data acquisition in high accuracy,and transmits data wirelessly between the main node and remote data acquisition nodes under reliable communication protocols.Convenience and mobility of the testing system are greatly improved with control software.The database technology is applied to realize date management.The system has experimented in contrast with the present strain apparatus.The comparable results shows that the wireless system is not only high-reliable,but also has many characteristics such as high efficiency,good precision and stability,without using the present communication network,low cost,and good flexibility.
