| Abstract: | At present, there are a few issues, which include the unreasonable division of vehicle type, the large difficulty in the distinguishing, the small marking for the actual large tonnage, etc. , this article indicates that long-term effective system for administering overload and over-limit must implement the weighing toll, thus arriving at the reasonable, fair and equitable toll. |
